Welcome to our Mental Health Clinic in Plymouth

individual and group therapy | medication management | summer camps | couples counseling | training

Our Plymouth clinic is nestled in a beautifully restored historic home in Plymouth's Old Village, where the heart of our institute was born during the 2020 pandemic. This space is more than just a building; it’s where our ideas take shape, and visions become reality. Here, you might find us running summer workshops in the backyard, engaging in walk-and-talk therapy in the nearby park, or offering a warm cup of tea to parents on the front porch. Every moment here is filled with love and pride, dedicated to making this place feel like a second home for all who visit.
