Aziza Ghanem Bazzi, LLMSW, SSW

Limited Licensed Social Worker

Plymouth & Virtual

Hi, I’m Aziza, and I am so glad you are here! I am a social worker, mother, big sister, mental health professional, and child advocate.

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, as well as the families who love them. Many of the clients I work with are navigating executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation struggles, school-related stress, or feeling overwhelmed by the education process. I work hard to bring clarity, steadiness, and practical support to what can often feel confusing or exhausting.

I also support clients struggling with OCD tendencies and high-achieving anxiety, the kind that shows up as overthinking, fear of making mistakes, needing things “just right,” or feeling stuck because the pressure feels overwhelming. My approach helps clients build flexibility, confidence, and emotional regulation while reducing the shame that often accompanies these patterns.

As a certified school social worker and experienced evaluator, I understand both the clinical and educational systems children move through every day. I help families make sense of evaluations, advocate effectively within schools, and develop strategies that actually work at home. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I also work with youth and adults around identity development, life transitions, family conflict, and relationship stress. Whether you are navigating divorce, co-parenting challenges, or a period of personal change, therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.

My therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered. I believe that each time you walk through the door, you may be arriving as a different version of yourself, and therapy should honor that. Some days we may focus on practical tools and skill-building. Other days we may slow down and explore patterns, relationships, or the deeper story underneath the stress.

As a Palestinian Muslim American, I practice through an inclusive and culturally responsive lens. I understand how identity, family systems, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and how we heal. My role is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and safe to do the work that matters most to you.

I believe everyone deserves a good life, and that “good life” looks different for each person. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and build toward it in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and most important, filled with joy.
