Tips to Reduce Your Wait Time
We know how important it is to start care as soon as possible, and we do our best to match clients with a provider quickly. However, predicting exact wait times is challenging due to several factors:
Provider availability changes often.
We aim to make clinically appropriate matches based on your needs.
We can only schedule if your availability aligns with a provider who accepts your insurance.
To reduce your wait time, we recommend being open to:
Scheduling appointments before 3 PM
Traveling to one of our other clinic locations
Private pay options if you do not have BCBS, BCN, Priority Health, or Aetna insurance
Seeing a provider who may not be your first choice but is still a great fit
Seeing a practicum trainee ($50 per session)
