Cierra Eschenbacher

Cierra is a billing assistant based out of Mala’s Plymouth office. 

Cierra has their AAS degree in Early Childhood Education, and spent some time as a toddler teacher before moving to ECE program administration. After working as a school administrator, Cierra decided to further their skills by going back to school to earn a professional certificate in Project Management, before transitioning to office management and accounting roles. Cierra now uses their unique blend of organizational and people skills to assist the Mala billing team! 

Cierra is passionate about child advocacy, joyful movement, and stigma reduction for mental health conditions. They spend their days off watching movies with their fiancée, or spending solo time participating in activities that nurture their inner child.
