Completing our psychotherapy enrollment or waitlist forms and providing your mobile number.
Requesting to receive text updates during a phone call or in writing.

Message frequency will vary based on your preferences and our availability updates.

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Mala is not responsible for these charges.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out.
