Motherhood can be both deeply joyful and incredibly difficult. While there can be so much love and meaning in being a mom, there can also be moments of overThe postpartum period can be filled with beautiful moments of connection and joy, while also bringing unexpected emotions, challenges, and changes that can feel overwhelming. The Postpartum Space is a supportive group for moms within 12 months postpartum who are navigating the transition to motherhood and everything that comes with it. Together, we’ll explore postpartum mental health, including anxiety, depression, overwhelm, adjustment difficulties, and emotional distress, while making space for changes in identity, relationships, expectations, and connection with your baby. Through grounding, coping, emotion-regulation, and self-compassion strategies, you’ll have the opportunity to build tools for navigating the challenges of this season with greater support and understanding. This group also offers a space to connect with other mothers, share experiences, normalize the ups and downs of postpartum life, and remind yourself that you’re not alone. Babies are welcome to attend with their moms.

What To Expect:
Explore the transition to motherhood and the changes that accompany the postpartum period.
Discuss postpartum mental health, including anxiety, depression, overwhelm, adjustment difficulties, and emotional distress.

Practice coping, grounding, emotion-regulation, and self-compassion strategies for navigating postpartum challenges.
Connect with other mothers through discussion, normalization, and peer support. Babies are welcome to attend with their mothers.
