The Motherhood Space
A farmington hills-based support group for moms
Motherhood can be both deeply joyful and incredibly difficult. While there can be so much love and meaning in being a mom, there can also be moments of overwhelm, guilt, uncertainty, and feeling like you’re losing touch with yourself. The Motherhood Space is a supportive space for moms to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the emotional realities of motherhood alongside others who understand. Together, we’ll talk about changes in identity, relationships, expectations, and sense of self, while exploring the pressure to do it all, perfectionism, and the many demands that come with motherhood. Through mindfulness, emotion-regulation, coping, and self-compassion strategies, you’ll build greater awareness of your needs, emotions, values, boundaries, and support systems. Most importantly, this group provides an opportunity to connect with other mothers, share experiences, feel understood, and build meaningful support—because you don’t have to navigate motherhood alone.
