Looking for a space where you can just be yourself? Our LGBTQ+ Teen Support Group is open to all teens who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a safe, confidential space to talk about what’s on your mind, share experiences, and connect with others who get it.

Together, we’ll explore ways to handle the ups and downs of daily life, learning coping skills and strategies from different therapeutic approaches—all while supporting and respecting each other’s unique identities.
