Regulate & Relate

A supportive social space for neurodivergent adults

Regulate & Relate is an adult hangout group designed to support neurodivergent adults in building connection, community, and everyday regulation skills. Through sensory profile education and practical sensory regulation strategies, participants will explore ways to better understand and support their unique sensory needs in day-to-day life. Just as importantly, this group is a space to relax, relate, and have fun with others in a welcoming and low-pressure environment. Come hang out, get to know one another, play games, share snacks, or simply spend time in community. Space is limited to 8 participants to help create a comfortable, supportive environment where everyone can connect.
