Farmington Hills & Virtual
Welcome! I’m Rayan Naaman, a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). I strongly believe that each client is the expert of their own journey, and I’m privileged to support them as they work toward reaching their full potential.
I have experience working with toddlers and preschoolers in educational settings, and I’ve also had the honor of working as a behavior technician with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where clients and families feel understood, respected, and empowered.
My approach blends behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and person-centered strategies to foster growth, confidence, and emotional well-being in every client.

I love being part of my clients’ healing journey, witnessing their growth, and supporting them as they develop in meaningful and unique ways.
-
I am passionate about spreading awareness around mental health and normalizing psychotherapy. I also advocate for children on their journey to finding their voice.
-
My sessions offer a safe and supportive space for all thoughts and feelings. It’s a nonjudgmental environment where clients are encouraged to show up just as they are.

Your voice matters. Your feelings are valid, and there is always hope, even when your brain tells you otherwise. It’s okay and brave to ask for help.
-
I am passionate about inclusion, equality, and advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities. I strongly believe that every person deserves equal opportunities, respect, and the ability to have their voice heard.

I“You will just never know what someone is dealing with behind closed doors. No matter how happy someone looks, how loud their laugh is, how big their smile is, there can still be a level of hurt that is indescribable. So be kind. Even when others are not, choose to be kind”. –Andrea Russett

I grew up in Lebanon and have a cat named Sisi—my soulmate, though she might argue otherwise. I could spend hours just watching ducks, squirrels, birds or any animal.
