Hi, I’m Marissa McBain-Lacey (she/her), and I’m the Marketing Manager at Mala! With a background in healthcare and social media marketing, I love combining my creativity with my passion for helping others. Working in a clinical setting makes marketing especially meaningful to me because it allows me to share important resources, build community connections, and help families feel supported and understood.
I’m passionate about promoting neurodiversity-affirming care and helping create a world where every person feels accepted, celebrated, and empowered to be themselves. Through creative storytelling, digital content, and community outreach, I hope to increase awareness of the services available to families and highlight the meaningful work our team does every day.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to our 3 year old son, and a proud dog mom to our rescue pup, Lucy. I enjoy gardening, reading, baking, exploring new creative hobbies, and discovering local restaurants. I’m excited to bring my creativity and healthcare experience to a team that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families!
