Healthy Connections
helping high school girls navigate the complexities of relationships with themselves & Others
High school can be a socially challenging time. Between navigating friendships, romantic relationships, peer pressure, and self-esteem, there’s a lot to manage. Mala’s Healthy Connections group offers a supportive space for high school girls to connect, learn, and normalize the social struggles that often come with this stage of life.
Hosted at our Farmington Hills office, this four-week group helps participants build insight and practical skills to recognize healthy versus unhealthy relationships, navigate peer pressure, cope with shifting friendship dynamics, and strengthen self-esteem.
